How To Request Deletion
Email info@vyazaar.com with the subject "VyaZaar Data Deletion Request".
Include the WhatsApp number used with VyaZaar, your name if provided during onboarding, and a short statement that you want your eligible VyaZaar personal data deleted.
For safety, we may ask you to confirm control of the WhatsApp number or provide enough information to match your record. Do not send sensitive documents unless requested through an official support process.
What We Delete
After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible personal data such as profile details, conversation content, raw media references, and quote evidence where retention is not required for audit, legal, dispute, security, or opt-out suppression purposes.
Published district-level market information does not identify individual traders and may remain as aggregated market information.
Opt-Out And Suppression
If you ask us to stop contacting you, we may retain a minimal suppression record so the service does not message the same WhatsApp contact again.
Timing
We aim to review deletion requests promptly and will respond with the outcome or any required verification steps. Complex requests may take longer if records must be matched or retained for legitimate audit reasons.
