Service Overview
VyaZaar provides a WhatsApp-based workflow for trader onboarding, product selection, daily rate collection, clarification, verification, owner review, and market-information preparation.
Eligibility And Operator
You must be at least 18 years old to use a VyaZaar account or participate as a trader. VyaZaar is operated by FARID IMPEX PRIVATE LIMITED, SORID NAGAR, C/O ASLAM ROKADIYA, H NO 240, NEAR KALI MANDIR, DHAMTARI, DHAMTARI, CHHATTISGARH - 493773.
Trader Participation
Participation is voluntary. Traders should submit only truthful wholesale or mandi-rate information for products they deal in and should identify product, district, quality, grade, unit, packing basis, and GST basis as accurately as possible.
Retail packet prices, unrelated products, fabricated rates, or misleading product descriptions should not be submitted.
Review And Publication
Submitted rates may be checked against other trader submissions, market data, historical ranges, and owner review. VyaZaar may reject, hold, clarify, or mark submissions as benchmark-only.
No individual trader identity is published. Only approved district-level market information may be published.
No Financial Advice
VyaZaar market information is for informational and survey purposes. It is not financial, legal, tax, or trading advice, and it does not guarantee any purchase, sale, or transaction price.
Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the service, submit abusive content, impersonate others, interfere with systems, attempt unauthorized access, or submit data they are not permitted to share.
Opt-Out
A trader may reply STOP to pause collection messages and RESUME to continue them. Replying UNSUBSCRIBE revokes participation and consent for future collection. A minimal suppression record may be kept so the service can honor a permanent opt-out.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued participation after updates means you accept the updated terms.
