Who We Are

VyaZaar is operated by FARID IMPEX PRIVATE LIMITED, SORID NAGAR, C/O ASLAM ROKADIYA, H NO 240, NEAR KALI MANDIR, DHAMTARI, DHAMTARI, CHHATTISGARH - 493773. VyaZaar is a WhatsApp-based market information workflow for participating traders.

Information We Collect

During WhatsApp onboarding and rate collection, we may collect your name, preferred language, city or district, selected products, WhatsApp contact identifier, message timestamps, text replies, voice-note transcripts, image or document evidence, product details, quality or grade details, packing basis, unit, GST basis, and submitted rates.

We collect only information needed to operate the trader onboarding, rate clarification, owner review, verification, audit, opt-out, and deletion workflows.

How We Use Information

We use trader information to run the WhatsApp conversation, ask clarification questions, verify market-rate submissions, prevent duplicate processing, maintain audit records, and prepare district-level market information after owner review.

Trader identity remains private. Only approved district-level market information may be published, such as district, product, variety, grade, quality, min/modal/max rate, contributor count, and verification time.

Owner Review And Publication

VyaZaar requires owner review before trader-submitted rates can be published. Individual trader names, phone numbers, WhatsApp identifiers, raw messages, and raw media are not part of public market-rate output.

Sharing And Sale Of Data

We do not sell personal data. We may use service providers only as needed to operate hosting, WhatsApp messaging, storage, parsing, verification, security, and audit workflows.

Retention

We retain onboarding records, opt-out status, submitted quote evidence, review decisions, and audit metadata for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and prevent unwanted future contact.

We minimize public output and keep trader identity private from public pages and APIs.

Security

We use access controls, private storage, redaction, and audit workflows to reduce unauthorized access. We do not claim security certifications or encryption guarantees that are not implemented.

Your Choices

Replying STOP pauses collection messages. Replying RESUME restores paused collection. Replying UNSUBSCRIBE revokes participation and consent for future collection, subject to any minimal suppression record needed to honor that request. You may also ask us to review, correct, or delete eligible personal information.
